    Dear Mrs Altermark, We are contacting you regarding your upcoming visit to Puerto de Mogan on 21/03/2025. In order to organize your check-in could you please provide us with the following information: Your flight details and arrival time at Las Palmas airport. Also, we can organise a private transfer for you from the airport directly to the resort for a price of 70¬ for 1-4 people or 80¬ for 5-6 people A normal taxi will charge you much more. If you wish to avail of this service please provide us with the following information required by the shuttle company flight number and arrival time, full names of all passengers, passport number of one of the passengers. When you arrive, you need to come to our reception to check in and receive the keys of the apartment. Our reception which is called La Venecia De Canarias is located at the entrance of the harbour on the right-hand side of restaurant Mar Azul and on the left-hand side of La Fenice (Restaurant). RECEPTION OPENING TIME: Every day: from 9:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m. In the event you arrive after 6 p.m. we will arrange the key collection in another department.
